With strong customer traction, a sharp team and solid funding in place, we're now scaling our commercial capacity — and hiring a Growth Manager to help take us to the next level.
We're looking for a Growth Manager to help scale Catchwise commercially, as part of a small and ambitious growth team.
You will take end-to-end responsibility for defined parts of our commercial work, working closely with our other Growth Manager, CCO and CEO. This is a hands-on role with real ownership — and a clear opportunity to grow your scope over time.
You won't be handed a rigid playbook — you'll help improve it.
You don't need fisheries experience — we'll teach you that. You do need the ability to sell substance, not buzzwords.
